Michaela Bruzzese
Michaela joined the Gordon Bernell team in 2024 as a high school teacher at MDC. A native Albuquerquean, she loves to explore and has lived in Belize, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Chile. She returned to Albuquerque in 2010, where she has taught at the middle and high school levels for the past 12 years. Michaela holds a MDiv with a focus on the intersection of religion and social issues such as poverty, immigration and incarceration. Her favorite part of teaching is getting to know our amazing students and learning from their knowledge and experience.
